Ovo je jako ukusno a istovremeno i dekorativno jelo. Može za doručak a može i za večeru, no vjerujem da bi bilo zgodno i za iznenadne goste.<br />
<br />
Kalup za muffinse obložiti špekom pa unutra razbiti jedno jaje, posoliti, popapriti i staviti peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 200 stupnjeva C, peći 10-15 minuta ovisno o tome da li želite da se žutanjak razlijeva ili ne.<br />

Ovo jelo vam može biti i doručak (iako mrvicu prejak doručak), ručak ili večera, birajte sami.<br />
Jako je jednostavno, jako brzo gotovo ali i jako ukusno.<br />
Ja sam koristila šampinjone, no mogu se koristiti i bilo koje druge gljive.<br />
Još jedan plus kod ovog jela je što je ukusno i kada se ohladi.<br />

1 režanj češnjaka<br />
par žlica mlijeka<br />
peršin<br />
maslac (za namazati kalup)<br />
<br />
Na malo maslinovog uljapopržiti češnjak (ne ga usitnjavati, nego ga pržiti cijelog), dodati narezane gljive i pržiti dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju. Staviti sa strane da se malo ohlade.<br />
Razmutiti jajai dodati malo mlijeka, dodati gljive, sitno kosani peršin, sol, papar i+<br />
sve zajedno uliti u namašteni lim.<br />
Peći u pećnici na 200 stupnjeva C, 20 min.<br />

Ovaj prefini namaz sam našla na blogu <a href="http://sweetsensation-monchi.blogspot.com/2009/04/nougat-namaz-iz-kucne-radinosti.html">Sweet sensations</a>.<br />
Često ga radim i doslovno smo oduševljeni. Nema te nutelle koja bi zamjenila ovako fini namaz iz kućne radinosti.<br />
Doduše, shvaćam da se nekima ne da zezati sa ovakvim stvarima, no vjerujte mi ovo je toliko jednostavno i brzo da se zbilja isplati probati a o okusu da ne pričam. Ja sam malo ostavila teksturasti namaz pa se lješnjaci fino osjete i izbacila sam maslac a povečala vrhnje za šlag.<br />

Priča kaže da je Tarte Tatin nastala u hotelu Lamotte-Beuvronu u Francuskoj 1889. godine. Taj hotel su vodile dvije sestre - Stephanie i Caroline Tatin. Postoje različite priče koje se tiču samog nastanka pite, ali najpoznatija je ona koja kaže da je Stephanie, koja je inače vodila kuhinju, jednog dana htjela napraviti tradicionalnu francusku pitu od jabuka, ali je ostavila jabuke da se predugo krčkaju u maslu i šećeru. Kad je osjetila intenzivan miris pokušala je spasiti što se spasiti da, pa je tijesto jednostavno stavila na vrh jabuka i sve zapekla u pećnici.</div>

- Zamjesiti prhko tijesto, zamotati ga u prozirnu foliju i staviti u frižider na pola sata.<br />
- Zagrijati pećnicu na 200 stupnjeva C<br />
- U posudu staviti šećer i maslac i otopiti na laganoj vatri. Kada postane sirupasto dodati jabuke i pričekati da malo omekšaju.<br />
- Sada jabuke prebaciti u vatrostalnu zdjelu, razvaljati tijesto i prekriti jabuke (malo ga ušuškati uz rub) i staviti u zagrijanu pećnicu i peći 30-40 minuta.<br />
<br />
Kada je pita gotova, izvadite ju iz pećnice, neka odstoji 15-20 minuta a onda ju preokrenite na veliki tanjur.<br />

Predobri!<br />
Dugo sam tražila dobar recept za vafle i nijedan mi nije bio toliko dobar da bi ga radila dva puta.<br />
A onda sam u jednoj knjizi naletila na ovaj recept, i moram priznati da je savršen.<br />
Vafli su izvana hrskavi a iznutra mekani, i što je najbolje ne opuste se nakon par sati, to mi je bilo užasno kod svih prijašnjih, ali i još jedna jako bitna stvar je hlađenje, obavezno ih morate hladiti na rešetki i da nisu naslagani jedan na drugi kako se ne bi opustili nego da zadrže hrskavost izvana a mekoću iznzutra.<br />

2 žlice šećera <br />
180ml mlijeka<br />
125ml vode<br />
1 vanilin šećer<br />
300g brašna (pola oštrog-pola glatkog)<br />
1 žličica praška za <br />

prstohvat soli<br />
125g maslaca<br />

1. u manjoj zdjeli istucite bjelanjke<br />
2. u drugoj zdjeli istucite žutanjke sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom, dodati mlijeko i vodu pa postepeno dodavati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, gustinom i sol. Na kraju umješati rastopljeni maslac.<br />
3. u smjesu žutanjaka dodati bjelanjke i lagano umješati.<br />
4. ostaviti u frižideru 30 minuta<br />
5. peći vafle u pekaču<br />
<br />
Pečene vafle staviti na rešetku da se ohlade i posipati šećerom u prahu.<br />

Semi freddo je zaleđena krema koju prije konzumacije stavimo na kratko u frižider da se malo otopi.<br />
U osnovnu kremu se može umješati bilo koje sezonsko voće, orašasti plodovi ili karamela.<br />
Odlična je zamjena za sladoled a ne oduzima puno vremena za pripremu.<br />
<br />
Krokant:<br />
300g oljuštenih i preprženih lješnjaka<br />
200 g šećera<br />
4 žlice vode<br />
<br />
Otopiti šećer sa 4 žlice vode i pustiti da se karamelizira pa onda ubaciti lješnjake i pomješati tako da se svi oblože.<br />
Izliti ih na masni papir (ja i masni papir malo nauljim radi lakšeg skidanja kasnije) i pustiti da se ohladi.<br />
Ohlađeno samljeti i dodati u kremu.<br />
<br />
Semi-freddo:<br />
1 mahuna vanilije<br />
55 g šećera<br />
4 svježa jaja<br />
500 ml vrhnja za šlag<br />
sol<br />
<br />
Izvadite sjemenke iz vanilije.<br />
Žumanjke, šećer i sjemenke miksati dugo dok ne postane blijedo.<br />
U drugoj zdjeli miksati vrhnje a u trećoj bjelanjke sa zrnom soli dok ne postanu jako čvrsti.<br />
U zdjelu sa žumanjcima dodati vrhnje i krokant i na kraju lagano umješati bjelanjke u smjesu.<br />
Sve brzo prebaciti u zdjelu u kojoj će se zamrzavati i brzo put prema škrinji!<br />

Mojima se doma jako svidio ovaj desert, čim sam ga iznjela na stol nisam imala vremena ni fotkati :)<br />

Upaliti pećnicu na 100°C na ventilator i sušiti par sati (3-4 sata).<br />
Slagati ih u staklenke i ubaciti koji režanj češnjaka za još bolju aromu. Sve preliti maslinovim uljem.<br />

Napraviti tijesto od brašna, 150 g maslaca, soli i par žlica vode.<br />
Pokriti i pustiti da odstoji oko 30 min.<br />
<br />
U međuvremenu skuhati krumpir, ocijediti ga, propasirati te lonac sa krumpirom vratiti na laganu vatru i dodati 80 g maslaca.<br />
Smjesu maknuti s vatre, začiniti (sol, papar, m. oraščić), dodati parmezan i 2 žutanjka.<br />
Na kraju u smjesu umješati snijeg od 2 bjelanjka.<br />
Prepoloviti smjesu, u jedan dio dodati kobasice a u drugi masline.<br />
<br />
Razvaljati tijesto i obložiti kalup te peći 10-tak min na 180°C.<br />
Izvaditi kalup iz pećnice i na tijesto staviti smjesu s kobasicama, zatim kriške sira, smjesu sa maslinama i na kraju opet sir.<br />
Peći još 30-45 min.<br />

Na svakom komadu mesa napraviti džep. Meso posoliti.<br />
Špinat očistiti, oprati i blanširati u kipućoj vodi. Ocijediti ga i zgnječiti.<br />
Mozzarellu narezati ka kockice. Češnjak nasjeckati.<br />

Mozzarellu, špinat i češnjak pomješati zajedno, posoliti i popapriti te smjesom puniti meso i zatvoriti čačkalicama.<br />
Meso panirati za pohanje (brašno, jaje, krušne mrvice) i ispržiti na vrućem ulju.<br />

Pobrašnite i odozgora da se ne ljepi za ruke i onda tijesto preklopite 4 puta (kao za lisnato tijesto).</span></span></div>

Kad sam saznala za ovaj desert odmah sam ga odlučila pripremiti, prvi put je bilo katastrofa, em sam stavila malo više šećera (pobjeglo mi je) em je bilo pretekuće. Moji klinci su zbilja komplicirani što se tiče hrane, tako da stalno moram razmišljati što bi oni jeli i prema njima slažem dnevne menije.<br />
Danas je došao red na bologniese i špagete no bilo bi idealno kad bi to svi jeli, moja najstarija kćer ne može vidjeti bologniese umak pa sam malo švrljala po netu u potrazi za alternativom a da ne zakinem sina koji bi mogao svaki dan jesti ovo jelo.<br />
Tako sam naletila na mesne okruglice sa špagetima i odlučila pokušati (da, da od dijela mesa sam napravila bologniese umak u slučaju da okruglice ne budu htjeli jesti).<br />
Moram priznati da je bilo jako fino i od sada ćemo često imati okruglice na stolu :)<br />

sol, papar<br />
sve dobro izmjesiti rukama i formirati male kuglice te ispržiti na ulju. Ispržene okruglice staviti sa strane na tanjur.<br />
<br />
<u>Umak</u>:<br />
Prepržiti sitno kosani luk na malo maslinovog ulja, dodati malo crvene paprike, oko 1-2dcl paradajz soka i oko 1dcl goveđeg temeljca , malo peršina i u to staviti mesne okruglice te pustiti da prokrčka 10-25 minuta.<br />
Idući put ću raditi veću količinu i onda ću dio pečenih okruglica spremiti u škrinju, kasnije se samo napravi umak i ubaci meso unutra i ručak je na stolu za 15 minuta.<br />
